Here is the dirty secret of clear plastic: It has nothing to hide.

Creating a flawless transparent casing requires:

1.Mirror-Level Polishing: The mold steel must be polished to an SPI A1 finish. Even a microscopic scratch on the steel transfers to the part.

2.Zero Dust Tolerance: A single speck of dust in the injection workshop becomes a permanent flaw in the product.

3.Flow Mark Control: Managing how the molten plastic flows so you don't see ugly "knit lines" requires master-level mold flow analysis.
